Giving Back
Sound belongs to everyone
Alongside her work for luxury hotels and maisons, Helen keeps a quieter commitment: bringing sound and mental health education to the people who need it most.
Why it matters
“I believe everyone deserves the care of sound — not only those who can book it. So I train the people who can carry it further.”

Leadership
A team she trained herself
Helen has certified more than 600 practitioners. From them, she has built and leads a dedicated team that delivers sound sessions across Hong Kong’s communities — trained to her standards, supported by her guidance, and multiplying her reach far beyond what one practitioner could do alone.
- I
Parents
Stress-relief and self-care sessions that help parents regulate themselves — and support their children’s emotional wellbeing at home.
- II
Teachers
Restorative sessions and simple calming tools educators can bring back into their classrooms.
- III
Children & young people
Playful listening and breathing practices that build early emotional awareness.
- IV
Families
Parent-child sessions where the whole family learns to slow down together.
- V
Elderly
Gentle sound sessions that invite rest, connection and calm in later life.
- VI
Grassroots
Charity sessions for communities with little access to wellbeing care, including people in mental health recovery.

Mental health for the next generation
With a background in social work and psychology, Helen partners with secondary schools across Hong Kong — and trains the teams who deliver the programmes — so that emotional wellbeing becomes something young people can practise, not just learn about.
